Congratulations to Professor Danie Hattingh and the eNtsa team that won this year’s Eskom Chairman’s award for the “Innovation category”. The eNtsa team received this award in recognition of their efforts and work done on the WeldCore® Hendrina project - a unique sampling and repair technique for turbine rotors. This technique will save Eskom billions of rand in the early replacement of HP rotors.
